INFO WHEN YOU TRANSFER SOMEONE

(MADE BY: DecyS24 and CuteMazen)

The Transfer team accepts and denies transfer requests. Transfers are done with the person sitting at the transfer desk

Hello and welcome to the Secret Service!

Before we start I will ensure that you have the following ready for the transfer:

  • The correct group motto

  • The correct group badge -- as accustomed to your rank

Once you have these things ready please notify me by saying ''Ready''

Questions:

  • Does your group have a rank list ?

  • - If ''Yes'' - Alright could you please link the correct rank list to me now

  • - If ''No'' - I'm sorry but we are going to have to have some more evidence to confirm your rank

If the original group has 1500+ members, carefully assign role as equivelant to one of our roles

If the original group has less than 950 members, take this into consideration when deciding on the rank.

E.g - Original rank was First High Rank would transfer to a rank in the ''Training division''

E.g - Original rank was OOA would transfer to a rank in the ''Board of Secretaries'' or ''Ownership''

Once you carefully assign the transfer to a suitable role, ensure that they have the required badges needed for their role/roles at the Secret Service.

If all of these steps have been done, the transfer can be welcomed inside under the following conditions:

If the transfer is a standard rank, he/she must still be trained.

Each transfers (regardless of rank), must be given an in-depth briefing about their job and role at Secret Service

by a co-worker of a higher rank, suitably a BOS or OOA worker.

Good transfer candidates transfer because they want a new environment, not because of problems or they were disrespected in their previous agency/army.
They have worked for a while in their previous agency (the longer the better). It shall be good if they have been at least for 2 weeks or more in the same agency.
Perfect transfer candidates should have great experience dealing with responsibility; have good experience working in security or training recruits or even dealing with self promoters.
They should know about the <SS> from their own research not from their friends, that means they have looked for too many agencies and liked the <SS> the most and decided to join it.
Last but not least, good transfer candidates always look to give their agency the best work they can do for a good pay, promotions or a social and pure environment.
